Career Change Cycle Stage 2: Lifestyle - Dreams Assessment
In this second stage of career transition you are not seeking answers to professional questions of yourself as much as you are seeking personal ones. You are asking not about what you want to do, vocationally, but you are asking about who and what you want to be when you are not at work. Most of us need to work for a living, and most of us also want to live a meaningful life - both at work and when we are not at work. So, in Stage 2 the focus is on the concerns of balance and success, finances, family, lifestyle concerns, making a difference/contribution in the community, and spirituality.
This Second Stage complements the assessment of Stage 1. The following workshops and resources are offered to assist those of you choosing these considerations as part of your career assessment and transition.
