Career Change Cycle Stage 4: Action - Implementation
What steps are you actually prepared to take regarding your career transition? Stage 4 can be burdensome because you, the job seeker, must now hit the pavement and promote yourself to potential employers. Self-promotion requires a good deal of self-confidence and persistence if you are to meet with success.
This Stage is a time of creating job leads, resume preparation, interviewing, waiting, and hearing "No" to your best efforts toward obtaining employment. But you must do these things in order to get to a "Yes, we want to offer you a job". The following resources are offered to assist you through the typical, emotional highs and lows encountered in this period of the job search.
