Directions to Our Office
The office is on the south side of Madison Street, immediately east of the traffic light at Madison and Lake Washington Blvd. It is in a small shopping complex directly across from the Shell station and housed in Arboretum Court. The office is directly above Ultra Dry Cleaners.
From downtown Seattle: Bus #11 on Pike Street, or driving, take Pike to Madison and proceed east.
From I-5 Northbound: Take the Madison Street exit (164A) going north on I-5. Take a right onto Madison Street and proceed to 3121 East Madison, Suite 209. (Approximately 2 miles from I-5)
Alternative from I-5 Northbound: (This is good to take if I-5 is backed up into Seattle.) Take the Columbia Way exit up to Beacon Hill. At the first light, take a left onto Spokane Street. Take Spokane across Beacon Avenue to the stop sign. Take a left onto 23rd to McClellan. At the light, take a right onto McClellan to MLK Way (roughly 4-5 blocks). Take a left onto MLK to Madison (2-3 miles). Take a right at the light onto Madison. The next light is Lake Washington Blvd. Proceed through the light. The Center For Life Decisions is on the right immediately after the light. It is in the Arboretum Court shopping complex, suite 209.
From I-5 Southbound: Take the 520 East exit on I-5 going south. It is the left lane exit. On 520, take the first exit (Montlake). At the Montlake traffic light, proceed directly ahead onto Lake Washington Blvd. following the main flow of traffic through the Arboretum to Madison Street (about 2 miles). Take a left at the light onto Madison. The office is immediately on your right in the shopping complex - Arboretum Court, suite 209.
From I-90 Westbound: Take I-90 to Rainier Avenue South (North exit #3). Go approximately 1 mile on Rainier to Jackson Street (4th light) and take a right. Go approximately 1.5 miles on Jackson to MLK Way. Take a left onto MLK to Madison (2-3 miles). Take a right at the light onto Madison. The next light is Lake Washington Blvd. Proceed through the light. The Center For Life Decisions is on the right immediately after the light. It is in the Arboretum Court shopping complex, suite 209.
Parking
Parking is available on the street, in the parking stalls at the complex, and in the free parking garage at the back of the building. If you are going to be here for more than one hour, please park on the street or in the parking garage.
